Widow Kunhuta Bortlík from Dolní Bojanovice, who bought the winepress house for 40 guldens from Jan Síkora from Prušánky, is the first recorded owner of the winepress house in 1812. Nevertheless, his son Josef bought the vineyard from Jan Síkora for 200 guldens and sold it to Martin Swedelík for 300 guldens ten years later. It was Peregrin Kúrka, who bought the winepress house with the cellar and the vineyard from his son Tomáš in 1844. His family owned the real estates at the time the building documentation for the Open-Air Museum was done, i.e. in the 1970s. As to the constructional development, the masonry porch shading the entrance is an interesting element. The roof overhang covers the space in front of the entrance, where the large spindle wine press is placed.
