The building is located beneath the Kamenice tract of vineyards, following the row of winepress houses beneath Stará hora. With its layout, it ranks among the younger types of the vintners´ buildings in the territory. It was built probably in the early-19th century at the earliest, when the local viticulture flourished. The internal arrangement is fully identical with the winepress house E13 of Pavel Bogár.
