The building comes from the early 19th century. The year 1833 is carved into the longitudinal beam above the entrance. In the 1940s, the roofi ng was replaced (burnt roof tiles) and the roof shape was changed into the saddle one with boarded gables. The front part walls are built of unburnt bricks called kotovice. The recessed rear part is made of stones. In the winepress house is the original spindle press; according to the carved date – 1799 – it is older than the contemporary appearance of the building.
